Every powerful thing that has happened\u00a0\u00a0
in our family line still resounds,\u00a0
in our genes, in our stories,\u00a0\u00a0
in our families and in our daily lives.\u00a0\u00a0
Because what are genes,\u00a0\u00a0
if not information?\u00a0\u00a0
Information from our Mother and our Father.\u00a0\u00a0
Information from their parents, and our Grandparents.\u00a0\u00a0
Information from our Ancestors.\u00a0\u00a0
If we can look so much like them\u00a0\u00a0
on the outside, physically,
perhaps on the inside,
in energy, in essence,
we carry them just as deeply?

to look wider, and with more attention,\u00a0
maybe we begin to notice\u00a0\u00a0

Shhh\u2026 We don\u2019t talk about That.
Shhh\u2026 We don\u2019t see That.
Shhh\u2026 We don\u2019t feel That.\u00a0\u00a0
Shhh\u2026 That\u2019s a Secret.
Even worse – A Family Secret!
So it resounds still
what should have long ago been Grieved.
Embraced.
Understood.
Seen and Felt.
Then nothing needs to keep playing out anymore.
Then the difficult parts are given the respect they deserve.
The hard parts.\u00a0\u00a0
This is what a full life is made of.
Only then can our life move forward\u00a0\u00a0
with a new breath.\u00a0\u00a0
Without the baggage.\u00a0\u00a0
Without the repeating, hidden emotions and patterns.
