Exactly like the one they have!\u201d  
But\u2026 what\u2019s the price? 
60 hours of work a week instead of 40 
\u2043 Hmmmm…
\u201cAnd that car? That sporty one \ud83d\ude0d\u201d 
Years of overtime, working weekends.
Not being fully present with your family.
Saying \u201cno\u201d to all the parties and nights out. 
\u2043 Uhhhh\u2026
\u201cAnd that warm, cozy home with the beautiful wife?\u201d 
Seeing her at every step.  
Listening when she cries. 
Creating a safe space for her 
without distractions, without side affairs.
\u2043 Mamma mia! That\u2019s a lot!  
Okay\u2026
So maybe I\u2019ll stand here and just watch for a bit \ud83d\ude1c

Behind every dream, 
there\u2019s a cost.  
Before you envy someone else’s life,  
ask yourself honestly:  
Is that even my dream?<\/strong>
You might discover..
that what you already have is the dream.
And you don\u2019t actually need anything more. 
Or maybe – once you count the cost \u2013 you\u2019ll think: 
\u201cNo way, not for all the treasure in the world.\u201d  
That dream\u2019s not mine.
Or maybe it turns out:
This is what you truly want. 
And if so, take your next step.
Consciously and responsibly.

We were raised to compete with one another. 
But we don\u2019t have to. 
There\u2019s room for everyone. 
Still, not everyone \u2013 once the real cost is clear –
actually wants to be in someone else\u2019s shoes.
Let\u2019s be grateful for what we already have,  
instead of wasting our energy  
on dreams that don\u2019t even belong to us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our\u00a0energy<\/strong>\u00a0always follows our\u00a0thoughts<\/strong>.
It follows our\u00a0words<\/strong>.
It follows our\u00a0emotions<\/strong>.

All of it is speaking to us
– about us.
That\u2019s why understanding our emotions\u00a0
is so important.
They are our\u00a0signposts<\/strong>.

we\u2019re sending a clear message to life:
\u201cMore of this, please.\u201d

inner practice.
Practice of working with yourself.
