My walking on Earth sometimes hurts.
My walking on Earth is sometimes wild and full of life.
My walking on Earth is finally starting to have some clearer Taste and Meaning.
For a long time, I wondered why I\u2019ve had, and still have, so many moments of sadness around me,
so much heaviness in our families, so many difficult situations.
And through it all, I – who,\u00a0
when I\u2019m not writing (trust me on this),
am one of the most smiliest,\u00a0
joyful, and slightly crazy people on this planet.
But just under the skin,\u00a0
my high sensitivity begins,
as if I always feel and think way too much.
I wandered my way through many beautiful and wise books.
I had my share of \u201cAhhs\u201d and \u201cOhhs\u201d…
until, finally, I began practicing daily mindfulness,
daily meditation and daily prayer.<\/strong>
And in the middle of all that chaos,
my own, my parents, our ancestors,
mixed with my character, my extremes, and my strangeness,
with this weird mix of deep chill\u00a0and\u00a0cosmic-level tension,
among all the stories I\u2019ve lived and inherited\u2026
Suddenly, everything began to make sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside me.
In what my everyday life reflects back to me.
In the way the world speaks to me
\u2026 even sometimes through the voice of a small child.

I started learning what it means
to look at myself and my life
from a new perspective,
and with meaningful distance.
To see the emotions that guide me,
but no longer lead me blindly or control me.
To notice the things I truly want and love,
and not just what I\u2019ve always accepted without question.
So much has changed.
In me.
Deep inside.

And suddenly – Eureka!
We can\u2019t seem to find the things
we want so deeply
because we\u2019re not meant to have them.
We\u2019re meant to BECOME them.
We can\u2019t find peace within ourselves,
because first,
we have to be that <\/strong>peace.
Not get it. 
Not chase it.
It\u2019s not magic – It\u2019s just practice. <\/strong>

How is it that after all these years on Earth, 
I\u2019m only now discovering this Heaven within me?
How is it that we still don\u2019t realize 
as a society,
that what\u2019s in Heaven can only come to Earth through us? <\/strong>
As many people, as many paths.
As many ideas, as many ways.
My path has brought me here.
I\u2019ve arrived at a point in my journey
where my inner world – my spirit, growth and sensitivity
can finally live in harmony <\/strong>
with the fullness of daily life.
With sunsets that take my breath away.
With a glass of wine that tastes best when shared.
With calm and certainty 
that everything I need – I receive.
Because I live on Earth
and here I also need to pay bills and have a place to live.
A fusion of depth and the material world.
A harmony of logic and emotion.
A balance of the feminine and the masculine.
A bridge between East and West.
We are strongest in our Wholeness.<\/strong>
To me, that\u2019s what Amen truly means.
Let it be so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does Guidance mean?<\/strong>

It\u2019s life, giving me signs.
It\u2019s words that only I can hear.
It\u2019s symbols that only I can see and understand.
When I practice meditation and mindfulness,\u00a0
I begin to see the world differently.
And when I add prayer and intention…
Miracles\u00a0start to happen.
First within me,
and then in my world.
We all know this truth:
\u201cChange yourself,
and everything around you will follow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

over and over again <\/strong>
and expecting different results.\u201d<\/strong>
