{"id":6871,"date":"2026-01-11T21:23:27","date_gmt":"2026-01-11T20:23:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sandrasinger.blog\/?p=6871"},"modified":"2026-01-11T21:23:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-11T20:23:44","slug":"why-do-i-need-my-inner-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sandrasinger.blog\/en\/why-do-i-need-my-inner-work","title":{"rendered":"Why Do I Need My Inner Work?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Only when we truly\u00a0have\u00a0and\u00a0feel\u00a0<br>a deep NEED\u00a0<br>\u2013 we start looking, searching, changing.\u00a0<\/strong><br>When things feel good\u00a0<br>\u2013 we stay still.\u00a0<br>And sometimes, it\u2019s good to stay\u00a0<br>in a good place.\u00a0<br>But when that inner need returns\u00a0<br>\u2013 for peace, joy, and release \u2013\u00a0<br>and suddenly we\u2019re standing in discomfort,\u00a0<br>we want solutions.\u00a0<br>And we want them\u00a0now.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those solutions are always&nbsp;<br>within us.&nbsp;<br>They\u2019re waiting.&nbsp;<br>For us to wake up.&nbsp;<br>To open our eyes.&nbsp;<br>To choose something different.&nbsp;<br>Ever since I was a little girl, I loved psychology.&nbsp;<br>I loved observing people.&nbsp;<br>Which, in my extroverted nature,&nbsp;<br>is a bit of a strange contradiction.&nbsp;<br>Combined with my high sensitivity,&nbsp;<br>I became a master at tormenting myself&nbsp;<br>with not understanding myself and others.&nbsp;<br>I even studied psychology,&nbsp;<br>but after two years of endless words,&nbsp;<br>theories, and books,&nbsp;<br>my natural intuition for people and myself began to fade.&nbsp;<br>So I chose my own path.&nbsp;<br>Of searching. Of reading. Of living.&nbsp;<br>Of observing. Of learning.&nbsp;<br>To help myself.&nbsp;<br>To understand myself.&nbsp;<br>To learn how to live lightly.&nbsp;<br>I believe the art I\u2019ve found&nbsp;<br>is in&nbsp;<strong>CONNECTION<\/strong>.&nbsp;<br><strong>It lives in the everyday.<\/strong><br><br>We are made of so many colors,&nbsp;<br>emotions, stories, patterns,&nbsp;<br>habits, assumptions, beliefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s so much of it all\u00a0<br>that I often thought:\u00a0<br>\u201cJust give me one sentence\u00a0<br>that can change my world.\u201d<br>\u201cGive me one recipe\u00a0<br>to add a little flavor to my day.\u201d\u00a0<br><strong>And I always missed a simpler way\u00a0<br>to name what\u2019s inside us.<\/strong>\u00a0<br>What moves us from within.\u00a0<br>What changes our relationships.\u00a0<br>What transforms\u00a0us.\u00a0<br>What brings freedom and lightness to our experience of another day.\u00a0<br>Because days just keep coming,\u00a0<br>and we are tired.\u00a0<br>How the hell am I supposed to smile\u00a0<br>when all I want to do is scream?!\u00a0<br>One step.\u00a0<br>One sentence.\u00a0<br>One shift.\u00a0<br>Just try.<br>Even if it\u2019s just out of curiosity.<br>Experiment.\u00a0<br>Quietly.\u00a0<br>Just within yourself.\u00a0<br>When we\u2019re grown up we want to fly.\u00a0<br>But suddenly it turns out that all we\u2019ve collected so far is tying up our feet.\u00a0<br>We can\u2019t even jump.\u00a0<br>And yet we want to teach our children to fly.\u00a0<br><br><strong>We are body, mind, and soul.\u00a0<br>We are a great mystery\u00a0<br>&#8211; waiting to be revealed.\u00a0<br>We are beautiful beings\u00a0<br>&#8211; waiting to be discovered.\u00a0<br>Fully.\u00a0<br>In harmony.\u00a0<br>In returning to ourselves.\u00a0<\/strong><br><strong>Welcome to my Treasure Map.<br>\ud83d\ude42<\/strong><br><br><strong>How do I work with myself?<\/strong><br><strong>How do I connect all of this together?\u00a0<br><\/strong>In our complexity, there is a path.\u00a0<br>In our chaos, there is an inner order.\u00a0<br>This came to me spontaneously,\u00a0<br>with the intention of sharing\u00a0<br>the simplest possible version of a path\u00a0<br>that each of us can follow\u00a0<br>into the heart of ourselves.\u00a0<br><strong>A kind of mini guide.\u00a0<\/strong><br><strong>But also a way to connect ourselves as a whole\u00a0<br>&#8211;
