{"id":6911,"date":"2026-01-18T15:13:25","date_gmt":"2026-01-18T14:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sandrasinger.blog\/?p=6911"},"modified":"2026-01-18T15:13:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-18T14:13:42","slug":"how-do-i-work-with-a-mind-map","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sandrasinger.blog\/en\/how-do-i-work-with-a-mind-map","title":{"rendered":"How Do I Work with a Mind Map?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*Each phrase on the Map is connected<br>to previous texts\u00a0<br>published since June 20, 2025.\u00a0<br><br>I start with <strong>the Hourglass <\/strong>\u2014 that\u2019s who I used to be.\u00a0<br>Lost, ashamed, angry, and sad.\u00a0<br>Nooo, no one saw it\u00a0<br>\u2014 it was behind my smile.\u00a0<br>\ud83d\ude42\u00a0<br><br>Then I go to<strong> \u2014 I Am \u2014\u00a0<\/strong><br><strong>the decision to change,\u00a0<br>the decision to live today.\u00a0<\/strong><br>And even though I\u2019m a Woman,\u00a0<br>most people who read me are Men.\u00a0<br>Because maybe now we can finally\u00a0<br>connect what\u2019s human,\u00a0<br>the patterns we all carry,\u00a0<br>the behaviors that no longer work for us.<br><br>\u2043\u00a0<strong>Where Is My Past?<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<br>That\u2019s the place where we get stuck.\u00a0<br>Frozen.\u00a0<br>Locked inside.\u00a0<br>But we can start changing it today.\u00a0<br>We can start seeing it.\u00a0<br><strong>It\u2019s about Choice.\u00a0<\/strong><br>Our Own.\u00a0<br><br>So if I want to make a New Move, I go to:\u00a0<br>\u2043\u00a0<strong>Where Is My Guidance?<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<br><strong>It\u2019s focusing on today.\u00a0<\/strong><br>It\u2019s tools and practices\u00a0<br>that help me organize my thoughts and my inner world:\u00a0<br>Prayer \u2013 in my own words, from my heart\u00a0<br>Meditation \u2013 it helped me a lot, I\u2019ll write more about it\u00a0<br>Affirmations \u2013 fresh, new inner statements\u00a0<br>Movement \u2013 running, walking, swimming, dancing, biking\u00a0<br>anything you like to do\u2026 or used to like\u00a0<br>\u2014 time alone with yourself,\u00a0<br>the joy of doing something,\u00a0<br>something that lets you be with your thoughts,\u00a0<br>and with yourself.\u00a0<br>Observe. Feel. Just Be.\u00a0<br><br>\u2043\u00a0<strong>Me in the Here and Now<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 is a Choice.\u00a0<br>A decision not to go on auto-pilot\u00a0<br>just to survive the day.\u00a0<br>It\u2019s living the day consciously with:\u00a0<br><strong>See \u2013 Stop \u2013 Change<\/strong><br><br>Looking at emotions.\u00a0<br>Without fear.\u00a0<br>\u2043\u00a0<strong>Emotions Are Our Signposts.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<br>They show us direction.\u00a0<br>They show us where we\u2019re not aligned.\u00a0<br>They show us where our boundaries are missing.\u00a0<br><strong>Emotions are Our Home.\u00a0<\/strong><br>When we know how to listen to them\u00a0<br>\u2014 within ourselves \u2014\u00a0<br>and if we choose to \u2014 transform them.\u00a0<br>When we know how\u00a0<br>not to react impulsively\u00a0<br>&#8211;
