Flowers are half the price.\u00a0
A candlelit dinner without feeling like\u00a0
you\u2019re on a blind date,\u00a0
elbow to elbow with the next table\u2026\u00a0

Last year, he got me flowers on Valentine\u2019s Day and said,\u00a0
\u201cSweetheart, these flowers were twice as expensive\u2026\u201d\u00a0

But what does it mean for a Woman to receive a bouquet,\u00a0
or even just a single flower?\u00a0
Not on her birthday.\u00a0
Not on a day when something happened.\u00a0
Not on a day when she expects it.\u00a0
Just on an ordinary day\u2026\u00a0<\/strong>

It means something entirely different.\u00a0
It means she matters ..
To You.\u00a0
That you thought of her.\u00a0
That you simply wanted to lift her spirits.\u00a0
That you care.\u00a0
That you\u2019re her man – the one she loves.\u00a0
She\u2019ll be happy and proud.\u00a0
Look at Her.\u00a0

Can a single flower really mean all that?\u00a0
Yes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do we give kids chocolates,\u00a0
teddy bears, and lollipops?\u00a0
To show them they matter to us.\u00a0
To let them know we remember them\u00a0
even when they\u2019re not around.\u00a0
It\u2019s similar with adults.\u00a0
Why did we forget that?\u00a0
We want to know we matter.\u00a0
We want to feel that someone is thinking of us.\u00a0
These may seem like \u201csilly little things.\u201d\u00a0
But they\u2019re like magic words.\u00a0

And men need care too.\u00a0
Warmth.\u00a0
A hug.\u00a0
A kind word.\u00a0

It\u2019s worth trying to give <\/strong>
each other these beautiful,\u00a0
small gestures without any occasion.\u00a0
And to see how it transforms <\/strong>
the relationship.\u00a0
And how much we truly <\/strong>
need one another\u00a0
on the seemingly ordinary days.\u00a0
