From the bottom of my heart,\u00a0
I place a pair of scissors in your hands.\u00a0
So that you may
cut yourself free from everyone you are waiting for.\u00a0

Not because they are not important.\u00a0
But because they are not more important than you.\u00a0

So that you may
cut yourself free from everyone you consider wiser than you.\u00a0

Not because it isn\u2019t worth being by their side.\u00a0
But because it isn\u2019t worth giving your power away.\u00a0

I let myself be inspired.
I learn.\u00a0
I follow.\u00a0

But my heart and my path are mine alone.\u00a0
Unique.\u00a0
Unlike any other.\u00a0

I listen.\u00a0
I connect.\u00a0
But I no longer give anything away to anyone.\u00a0

Neither more attention,\u00a0
nor more importance,\u00a0
nor more admiration.\u00a0

Only my heart guides me.\u00a0
And only the connection I have built\u00a0

with myself,\u00a0
with God,\u00a0
with the Source,\u00a0
with the Universe.\u00a0

Scissors are a gift for people\u00a0
who have gone from being an inspiration\u00a0
to becoming superhuman,\u00a0
when, fortunately or unfortunately,\u00a0
they are still only human.\u00a0

No one can tell me\u00a0
that they have a better \u201cconnection.\u201d\u00a0
Why?\u00a0
Because I can clearly feel my own.\u00a0
\u201cYou will know them by their fruits.\u201d\u00a0
Every day I live with the fruits of my choices.\u00a0
I know their taste well.\u00a0\u00a0

How do I know I am in the right place?\u00a0
By the emotions I feel.\u00a0
By the thoughts that fill my mind.\u00a0
By what I allow to come out of my mouth.

Do these Emotions,\u00a0
Thoughts,\u00a0
and Words:
– build?
– support?\u00a0
– help?\u00a0

If they don\u2019t – maybe it is time to change that,\u00a0
of course, only if I choose to,\u00a0
starting today:\u00a0
– build myself and my life.\u00a0
– support myself and my relationships.\u00a0
– help myself and those I love – with kindness,\u00a0
and only when I can because I have the strength.

To see what is crying out and complaining inside me<\/strong>
– is the first step.<\/strong>
I look at it:\u00a0
– where did I get this from?\u00a0
– is it really mine?<\/strong>
