Advise.<\/strong>
Sort things out.<\/strong>
Live.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can\u2019t be done.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we focus only on ourselves<\/strong>
and our Family \u2013<\/strong>
it turns out there is so much work to do<\/strong>
that there is no time left for the neighbours \ud83d\ude42<\/strong>

Even though everyone is wonderful.<\/strong>
Dear to us.<\/strong>
And of course, we have to help\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The oxygen mask is for You<\/strong>
and Your Child<\/strong>
and Your Life Partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you begin, every day,<\/strong>
to live and breathe consciously:<\/strong>
See \u2013 Stop \u2013 Change<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you begin to observe,<\/strong>
catch and change \u2013<\/strong>
what harms You and Your Family,<\/strong>
\u2013 the Family You created \u2013<\/strong>
it turns out there is so much \u201cwork\u201d to do<\/strong>
that\u2026 there is no time for others.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can be there.<\/strong>
You can love them deeply.<\/strong>
Offer advice \u2013 when someone asks.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But\u2026 You are One person.<\/strong>
Your strength is limited.<\/strong>
Your resources are limited.<\/strong>
Even kindness runs out<\/strong>
when your boundaries keep being crossed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The oxygen mask is for You first.<\/strong>
Then for Your Child<\/strong>
and Your Life Partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is this so important?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because they \u2013 just like me \u2013<\/strong>
have their needs.<\/strong>
They have their wounds.<\/strong>
They have their desires.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can\u2019t be everywhere,<\/strong>
because then, quite simply, I am nowhere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again, I choose<\/strong>
– where my attention goes.<\/strong>
How I choose<\/strong>
– so that something from my needs and theirs <\/strong>–
can be met,<\/strong>
held, seen and lived through.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This I can do.<\/strong>
If I focus.<\/strong>
If I have my priorities set,<\/strong>
and set, after all, on myself and my Family.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because I do not have more strength than I have \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Life \u2013 One Family<\/strong>
That is already so much daily work \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because what does it mean that I begin to live more consciously?<\/strong>
I live with presence.<\/strong>
I notice.<\/strong>
I stop.<\/strong>
I sort things out.<\/strong>
I change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can\u2019t do it for everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The further I go, the more I realise<\/strong>
that I also feel this great sadness of mine \u2013<\/strong>
that I can\u2019t do it for everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can only inspire.<\/strong>
But everyone makes their own decision.<\/strong>
And everyone can take into their own hands<\/strong>
their own responsibility.

Because truly live \u2014 we can only for ourselves.
Only that much.\u00a0
Or as much as that.
