I Choose.

That darkness also lives within me. 
That darkness is me too.
I cannot be afraid of myself. 
But I can know 
that on my control panel, 
there is both 
light and darkness. 
I choose. 
Now – with full awareness. 
I cannot be afraid of myself. 
“Do not be afraid” 
was so cunningly used against us. 
Trapping us in thinking 
between sainthood and damnation. 
There’s no such thing. 
That’s a man-made illusion. 
A mental construct built against us. 
We are everything.
We hold the power – the power of choice. 
Awareness 
and the way it grows, 
helps us see that. 
And master ourselves. 
Because the master is Me.
I choose. 
What I choose. 
How I want to live. 
Who I want to be. 
Because I Am.

I Choose – My Emotions. 
I Choose – My Interpretations. 
I Choose – My Reactions. 
I Choose – My Behaviour. 
I Choose – Light or Darkness 
… within me.
