for far too long.
But walk through the middle
with that fear.
Even though you feel it
— take a step forward.
Stop
when you feel
you can’t go any further.
Straighten up
and take a breath.
Open your eyes
and lift your gaze.
Feel everything.
See it.
Breathe.
Just look.
Don’t do anything with it.
Just look at it.
Exactly as it is.

Take another step.
Despite the fear.

Observe.
Breathe.
Allow yourself to feel.
