Every word
we think creates a certain energy.
Every word
we feel creates a certain energy.
Every word
we speak creates a certain energy.
Returning to yourself means bringing together
your thoughts,
your feelings,
and the words you speak.
No one else can do this for you.
No one has the power to enter your Mind
and hear your thoughts.
No one has the power to feel your Heart
and the emotions
moving through you.
The only thing people hear
are your Words.
But are they your truth?
Most often — simply not.
We think one thing,
feel another,
and say something else.
I was the same.
It was easier that way.
That’s how I protected myself.
That’s how I got what I wanted.
That’s how I kept that pretended calm.
That’s how I survived
until it began to exhaust me more
than it helped me live.
As a result, I was often angry with myself.
And that anger spilled over onto others.
As a result, I didn’t know
what it truly meant to simply feel peace.
So I kept searching — until I found.
A way to integrate myself.
A way to find myself again.
A way to express myself.
So we are the only ones
who can truly hear and feel ourselves.
So who can help you?
Only you.
There are no shortcuts.
There is daily observation
to See, to Stop, and to Change.
No one will pat you on the back right away,
but the quality of the silence, the peace,
and the quiet self-contentment you will begin to feel
will be worth everything.
Because in the end, you will know
that the person you see in the mirror each day
is the most important person in your life.
Without them
there is no possibility for anything more
than what you already have.
Without them
there is no possibility of releasing pressure.
Without them
there is no possibility of change.
Without them
there is no possibility of a smile.
Without them
there is no possibility of a better-quality life.
Without this special person,
their strength,
faith, and hope
– there is no you.
That person in the mirror,
the one we so often forget,
is a treasure waiting to be discovered.
See them today.
Smile at them.
Pat them on the back.
By yourself.
🙂
Return to yourself.
