How Do I Work with a Mind Map?

*Each phrase on the Map is connected
to previous texts
published since June 20, 2025.

I start with the Hourglass — that’s who I used to be.
Lost, ashamed, angry, and sad.
Nooo, no one saw it
— it was behind my smile.
🙂

Then I go to — I Am —
the decision to change,
the decision to live today.

And even though I’m a Woman,
most people who read me are Men.
Because maybe now we can finally
connect what’s human,
the patterns we all carry,
the behaviors that no longer work for us.

⁃ Where Is My Past? —
That’s the place where we get stuck.
Frozen.
Locked inside.
But we can start changing it today.
We can start seeing it.
It’s about Choice.
Our Own.

So if I want to make a New Move, I go to:
⁃ Where Is My Guidance? —
It’s focusing on today.
It’s tools and practices
that help me organize my thoughts and my inner world:
Prayer – in my own words, from my heart
Meditation – it helped me a lot, I’ll write more about it
Affirmations – fresh, new inner statements
Movement – running, walking, swimming, dancing, biking
anything you like to do… or used to like
— time alone with yourself,
the joy of doing something,
something that lets you be with your thoughts,
and with yourself.
Observe. Feel. Just Be.

⁃ Me in the Here and Now – is a Choice.
A decision not to go on auto-pilot
just to survive the day.
It’s living the day consciously with:
See – Stop – Change

Looking at emotions.
Without fear.
⁃ Emotions Are Our Signposts. –
They show us direction.
They show us where we’re not aligned.
They show us where our boundaries are missing.
Emotions are Our Home.
When we know how to listen to them
— within ourselves —
and if we choose to — transform them.
When we know how
not to react impulsively
– to the world, to people, to our loved ones.

*What does it mean to react impulsively?
Trigger – Instant Reaction
full of emotions.
A word / phrase / event
throws us off balance
— a quick verbal reaction: F*ck F*ck F*ck /
slamming doors / cutting someone off /
getting offended / offending someone…
We all know it 🙂

So the direction — Peace — is the foundation.
It’s a signal inside
that we’re aligned.
Aligned with ourselves.

When we start listening,
and first just looking
at our emotions,
we begin to pay attention to our inner world.
And this is how we begin to enter Inner Work.

And stop reacting like puppets
in someone else’s play.

*All the earlier texts,
published since June 20, 2025,
are exactly this path —
step by step.
From the decision…
to yourself.
They include real examples from my life,
and their titles match the Mind Map.
It’s worth returning to them —
with a new perspective.

What is Inner Work in practice?

Sometimes, what we don’t want to seeis pure pain —for our heart.Sometimes, what we make fun ofare pure…
