Sometimes, what we don’t want to see
is pure pain —
for our heart.
Sometimes, what we make fun of
are pure tears —
for our heart.
Sometimes, what we reject
is pure death —
for our heart.
Because we know.
We know it all.
And sometimes… we have to go
right there.
To that
pure pain, those tears, that death.
Yes.
When we finally allow ourselves
to stop lying,
pretending,
and silencing ourselves —
Pain will scream.
Tears will flow.
And Death will come for what is hers.
And this is where the miracle happens.
You’re still alive.
Your ACKNOWLEDGED pain opens space
for an powerful RELEASE.
Your burning tears turn into
the cleansing of your wounded soul.
And your death
awakens the Phoenix within.
You rise.
Stronger.
Again.
And again.
This is the work.
This is conscious awakening.
This is learning to hold yourself.
This transformation —
is a return Home.
Because each of us has a home.
In our own Heart.
! Look at the tension in your hands / chest / body.
