From the bottom of my heart,
I place a pair of scissors in your hands.
So that you may
cut yourself free from everyone you are waiting for.
Not because they are not important.
But because they are not more important than you.
So that you may
cut yourself free from everyone you consider wiser than you.
Not because it isn’t worth being by their side.
But because it isn’t worth giving your power away.
I let myself be inspired.
I learn.
I follow.
But my heart and my path are mine alone.
Unique.
Unlike any other.
I listen.
I connect.
But I no longer give anything away to anyone.
Neither more attention,
nor more importance,
nor more admiration.
Only my heart guides me.
And only the connection I have built
with myself,
with God,
with the Source,
with the Universe.
Scissors are a gift for people
who have gone from being an inspiration
to becoming superhuman,
when, fortunately or unfortunately,
they are still only human.
No one can tell me
that they have a better “connection.”
Why?
Because I can clearly feel my own.
“You will know them by their fruits.”
Every day I live with the fruits of my choices.
I know their taste well.
How do I know I am in the right place?
By the emotions I feel.
By the thoughts that fill my mind.
By what I allow to come out of my mouth.
Do these Emotions,
Thoughts,
and Words:
– build?
– support?
– help?
If they don’t – maybe it is time to change that,
of course, only if I choose to,
starting today:
– build myself and my life.
– support myself and my relationships.
– help myself and those I love – with kindness,
and only when I can because I have the strength.
To see what is crying out and complaining inside me
– is the first step.
I look at it:
– where did I get this from?
– is it really mine?
*In my next post, I will share the tool
that made the key difference for me
and made profound inner work possible
– with myself,
step by step,
day by day.
In the silence of my Heart.
Scissors.
