Guidance and Religion.

In my family, there are many religions.
We have Catholics, Jews,
Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Atheists.
I write each of them with capital letters – intentionally.
A capital letter belongs to each one of them,
and to everyone who believes in their own Truth.
But in my experience, certain contradictions
started to bother me.
This eternal battle between people…
Who’s more right?
Who’s wiser?
Or maybe, who just got lucky
being born into the “chosen” family,
into that “special” religion?

Hmm… sounds very human to me.
Maybe even a bit too shallow

for the God of all people?

“Enter through the narrow gate,”
we were told
and then the whole crowd elbows their way in!But maybe, if there’s a deeper meaning here,
and it truly is about a narrower, more demanding path,
then the key lies not in the name of the religion at all?

I write about all religions with capital letters,
because in each one, I’ve found people of deep faith,
integrity, and true values –
People who truly live their lives with a capital letter.
So maybe it’s not one person who holds the key to the truth?
Not the priest, the rabbi, or the elder brother.
Maybe, once again, that key is already in each of us?
In our inner world.
In the truth and quality that shape the way we live.
There was a time in my life where I came close
to believing in nothing at all.
Looking at people, I found myself in deep disagreement.
Can walls and rules that divide us
truly be the love we were meant to learn?
From someone greater than us – like Jesus, for example?
Have we, perhaps, built our own little mental camps,
where we worship ourselves,
and pat each other on the back
just because we share the same name?

In my rebellion, I opened my eyes even wider,
and I began to look at other religions.
In each one, I found people who are
beautiful in their faith and their principles.
And in each, I also found those
who are not even worthy of a handshake.
But they’re more accepted than others
just because they belong to the same label,
the same membership.
During this time of my dissonance,
I watched a documentary series by National Geographic
about the universe, the planet, and us, human beings.
With every episode, I was more stunned by
how even the movements of water flow in harmony,
so the whole world can stay in balance.
The importance of a single drop.
The rhythm.
The light, the moon, the energy all around us.
How our brains are formed.
Our bodies. Our hearts.
The miracles in nature, the elements, the animals,
the planets, the cosmos…
And I asked myself a question that kept resonating
within me for a long time.
How is it possible that this wasn’t designed by someone?
How is it possible that all of this, including us, just happened by accident?

So I preferred to admit that the fault lies with people
and the religions they built.
And that’s why I decided to rise above the religions
that divide rather than connect us.
Since then, I’ve stayed close with my own prayer.
Simple, sincere and mine.
To the One some of us call God,
others Light,
and still others, the Energy that created us.

And that’s when my Guidance began.
In a way I never could have even imagined myself.
So maybe what truly connects us
is our humanity,
not the names or traditions
we are too afraid to question?

Guidance is available to every one of us.
It begins the moment
we stop trying to know everything,
and instead,
ask to be shown the way.

It’s only that.
And somehow, it’s everything.

When we stop letting the Ego
lead from the head,
and open up to guidance
from the Heart,
that’s where we begin to feel.
That’s where our connection truly is.

Because the Miracle is Us.

❤️

Whose truth is this?

It’s my truth. And you are wrong. Because if you’re right, Then I must be wrong.  But what if… we’re both…
